The Apartment Manager is responsible in overseeing the overall functions of the community.
Will train the right person for the position if no management experience.
You must be within a 30 minute drive of the community.

Qualifications:
-Positive working attitude.
-Ability to lease apartments.
-Ability to work independently and as a team member.
-Be Organized-Capable of providing outstanding customer service and handling resident concerns and matter with ability to create win-win situations.
-Pass a background check and be able to be bonded (insurable).
The Resident Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
-Process applications for apartment including pre-qualifying and selection.
-Supervising maintenance/Payroll -Marketing -Maintaining community collection efforts on a weekly basis to achieve less than 2% delinquents.
-Processing all accounts payable in a timely manner.
-Property inspections.
