Travel to potential project sites to establish and maintain strong connections with potential clients, showcasing our expertise and commitment to reliability.
Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to promote our brand and services.
Assist in organizing and attending events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Hiring
Responsibilities:
Identify the manpower needs of our company for current and future projects.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including attending local high school events, job fairs, and other recruiting events to attract potential employees.
Conduct thorough interviews, background checks, and reference checks to vet potential candidates, ensuring they meet our company's standards.
Work closely with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with existing and new crews to foster a productive and harmonious work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in marketing and/or recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to travel to potential client sites and recruiting events as needed.
Preexisting knowledge of construction and steel erection processes is a plus, but a willingness to learn is needed.
Ability to maintain professionalism and build relationships with both clients and employees.
